In terms of the LED light that your viewers will see, I’ve been using some lights in the studio in addition to my regular cameras to help give my footage quality. In my case, I’ve been using the Aptiv A1200 and the T1B camera, but other lights may be used to get a slightly darker look and/or color. There are plenty of options for lighting in terms of whether you use a high or low-magnification camera, so be sure to check out the lighting page of Youtubers for more about these lighting models.
Also of note, I’ve also been using my YoutTube account for recording, so I’m not using any additional light sources in my videos. The footage you see in today’s video is all taken from a single camera and camera settings are set to 1080 / 60p as that is the video capture quality I’m using.
Are there editing steps?
There are some steps that you must do for each section of this tutorial. I’m working around the same times each day, so check the video below for the approximate times.
In this video, I’ll show you how to make a 3D model of the camera. This model will go through some basic changes, like changing the lens size to match the camera size, but will be used as a template for how to move around inside the 3D virtual camera.
This next video will show you the process of adding 3D effects to your video.
Lastly, I’ll highlight the workflow steps for stitching this 3D model into your video.
How do I use Youtubers?
In today’s video, you’ll hear from two Youtubers for YoutTube. First is Paul Gagne, and he’s the creator of The D3D Podcast, the most popular YouTube channels for 3D content. His channel is worth watching, and he even has a full YoutTube Channel to host the 2D and 3D videos too! I actually found his channels the best way to find videos to watch, because the quality of the 3D videos from them is higher than the higher-quality ones from YoutTube.
Then is Paul Ritchie, who produces videos for Channel Awesome on their Facebook page, and in that Channel Awesome Channel you can also get videos with some really exciting 3D-based games. One of his 3D movies featured the Oculus Rift, which is a fantastic looking VR headset!
