There are a few tools available for Windows that come with built-in video editing features on a Windows 7 or higher computer.

One of the reasons women earn less than men is discrimination. I’m not saying men should be fired just for being female. I am saying we all should be judged just on our abilities and talents, instead of our sex or gender.
Here’s a simple example: I was a college student doing research in a library, and my supervisor called me a “males only” student. I said, “I only started a program a month ago, so I couldn’t understand it,” and “you’re insulting me.” She looked at me and said, “I can see why you would feel that way.” I said, “How did you figure that?” She said, “You have a female colleague there, and there were three more women in the class. When I called up to see who it was, all three of them looked at me and said nothing.” Now I might be being unfair. But what I’m trying to say is that she was probably being less than fair, but it wasn’t sexist. In my case, I was trying to do important research. So does your supervisor do unfair things and have a sexist attitude toward you? I think there can be discrimination against women.

In a typical high-wage career, you can start at a job you’re qualified for. Then you may be given extra assignments or less work. If the extra work isn’t right for you, you may find yourself working part time or being assigned the wrong type of work. You might be a little resentful for this, wondering if you’re being taken advantage of, because the job was good and you deserve to be paid for it. The answer to it, as far as I can tell is “yes.” A woman’s sex shouldn’t get her into even the worst jobs, because it’s the easiest way to get discriminated against.
