For one, it can record HD and 4K at the same time, but the HD and 4K videos need a ton more light; they require more batteries, and they require a lot of processing, which is far more resource-intensive. A phone camera also offers excellent low-light capability, as well as some decent photo quality when you use the lens aperture wide open and the shutter on the camera locked.
