Although your child will enjoy playing the piano by the age of 4, you will need to continue to work hard at lessons and to keep their physical and psychological development within the range allowed by the rules and regulations of the Federation of European Musical Schools, the French Academy of Music and Dance and the British Music Academy.
Can I take violin lessons at my church?
Yes, please! Your Church or Christian Education Service will have a set of regulations you can use on a non-commercial basis. This means you can send your children to your Church or Education Service as long as you keep them within the school age limits, the requirements of the Federation, and that the lessons are suitable for children under the age of 14. You can keep your child’s physical and psychological development within the range allowed by the rules and regulations of the Federation at school but you will need to keep them within the school age limits, and the requirements of the Federation, for other reasons. For example, if you are sending your child to school at the age of 8 and you already have a child under 16, you need to ensure they continue their development within the school age limits, and the Federation, within the School age limits or in addition to them.
