Lots of pretty picture. Sometimes I’m just looking for my favorite fantasy or sci-fi series. And sometimes I can’t find what I’m looking for, and I just start drawing. The last one was from my first fantasy book, “Myths and Mortals” when I started getting good at fan art. When I was a bookworm, I was always drawing and I was always trying to get better at drawing.
“You’re not making any sense, you know?”
“You’re not thinking.”
“I think you’re making no sense because I’m making no sense.”
I have some things to say—my favorite series, the greatest, but most important thing of them all, is that it’s just me.
This is a conversation between The Legend of Zelda and your sister .
your sister: I think that that one is probably the most… …interesting thing about you.
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: I don’t want to be seen with the little monsters.
your sister: You don’t look like the other Zelda kids do.
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: It was my mom and you. The girl who took you away, who made you a princess…
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: …that gave me a reason to be. To be somebody more than the little beast I had become.
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: I knew a thing or two about kindness and kindness got you killed.
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: I did not want to do that to you, and you certainly didn’t want to do that to me.
your sister: Well, that was a lie, right? Not a real one.
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: No. It was a good one.
your sister: You could… do something that’s truly… meaningful? I can’t remember what that was.

your sister: That’s all I need now. Just to make you happy?
THE LEGEND OF ZELDA: Not really.
