Did hip hop even exist? Well…
One of the first albums I ever heard was called Hip Hop (1972). It was a very cool looking album that sold very well. It was also the first album that I ever read (I believe) and I read that it helped to launch my own career. The album was actually called “Aquarius”. Later, as far as I know, it was not released in the United States. I don’t know the name of the producer who created the album, but it was a hip hop producer. He has remained anonymous to this day.
The album was produced by George Michael. The album was released in 1972, and it sold very well internationally.

A lot of people were surprised to hear that I wanted to be a rock star.
Of course that was what people thought. A lot of people thought I was going to be in a really big band. That was what I thought at that point.
But my dad always used to tell me to take what I love to do. He didn’t like to tell me to do something because someone said that was what I was supposed to do. He used to say, I can teach you how to
