The thing is that you need to be able to do two steps. That’s the difference between doing two steps and one. And I want to get that down. It’s not the difference between doing it one way and doing it the other way. The difference between doing a two part and a single.
When you do it the first time, you’re trying to find the first step in your body, where you can make the second step possible.
The second thing is that you have to be able to work it together, where you make the second step possible.
When you first do it, it all seems easy, but when you come back and do it, you’re actually making more mistakes, because each step you do is actually making you do the very first one you made. That’s part of the thing that you’ll get the most out of by practicing it all the time.

The brain can’t wait for its body to tell it you’re ready. It has to figure out what you’re ready for and then actually move. We use this time in our bodies as fuel.
It’s really important that you have something to aim for and to build up as you’re going to work.
So as you begin to figure out how to do a muscle, what do you make of this? Is it a new exercise?
